Delivery Terms
1. Delivery Method
All products purchased through LisansGo constitute digital content (e.g., license keys, access information, etc.). Therefore, no physical shipment is made. Delivery is only electronically (via email or through the user interface) .
2. Delivery Time

Once the order and payment confirmation are completed, the purchased license information is usually sent to the buyer within 5-30 minutes .

In rare cases, due to system density, manual controls or special products, this period may take up to 24 hours at the latest .

Thanks to our automated delivery system, most orders are completed instantly.
3. Delivery Method

Digital products are sent to the e-mail address entered during ordering.

Some products can also be viewed from the “My Orders” or “My Licenses” tab in your dashboard.
4. Delivery Issues

If your order does not arrive within the specified time, please check your spam/junk email folder first.

5. Wrong/Incomplete Delivery

If the product ordered by the buyer does not match the delivered product or if the license code does not work, our customer service must be contacted as soon as possible.

If you are found to be right after the review, your product will be reshipped free of charge or the refund process will be initiated.
6. Responsibility

Delivery will be made to the email address provided by the buyer when ordering. LisansGo is not responsible for any issues that may occur due to incorrect email addresses.

Sharing the license key with third parties after product delivery is prohibited. If such violations are detected, product cancellation and legal action may be taken.
