Article 2 – Subject of the Contract
The subject of this contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation regarding the sale and delivery of the product, the characteristics and sales price of which are specified below, which the Buyer ordered electronically from the Seller’s website [ www.lisansgo.com ].

Article 4 – Right of Withdrawal
The buyer cannot exercise their right of withdrawal due to the product’s digital content. This applies to digital content whose performance begins with the consumer’s approval, as per Article 15 of Law No. 6502.
Article 5 – General Provisions
5.1 The Buyer declares that he/she has been informed in advance about the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method and delivery information of the contractual product and that he/she has approved this information.
5.2 After receiving the order, the Seller delivers the product to the Buyer electronically.
5.3 If the information provided by the Buyer is incomplete or incorrect, the Buyer shall be held responsible.
5.4 Sharing digital content with third parties after product delivery is against the law and results in criminal liability.
Article 6 – Dispute Situation
In disputes that may arise from this contract, the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts at the Buyer’s place of residence are authorized within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Commerce.
Article 7 – Entry into Force
By approving this contract electronically, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted the terms of the contract.
