Return Policy for Digital Products

All licensed products purchased through our website are delivered digitally in real time. For this reason, returns and cancellations of delivered license keys are generally not possible. However, the following special cases may be considered for a refund:

  • If an invalid or non-functional license is submitted, the technical team will verify it. If it is confirmed that the license is not working, a new license key will be provided or a refund process will be initiated.

  • If you purchase the wrong product, and the license has not been used or activated by our systems, you can contact our customer service to request a refund.

Return Process

  • You must submit your return request to us via our Contact page within 3 days of the order date

  • Your request will be reviewed, and our technical team will get back to you within 1 day at the latest.

  • A response regarding your return will be sent to your email address. The replacement product will be provided to you through our website's online store.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Licenses that have been used, activated, or shared with third parties,

  • Licenses downloaded or used before a product issue was reported,

  • Return requests made for non-essential reasons (e.g., “I changed my mind”)

is excluded from the scope.
