1. Delivery Method
All products purchased through LisansGo are digital content (e.g., license keys, access information, etc.). Therefore, no physical shipments are made. Delivery is made exclusively electronically (via email or through the user dashboard).
2. Delivery Time

Once the order and payment have been confirmed, the license information will be sentto the buyerduring business hours.
- Deliveries are made 6 days a week (Monday–Saturday).

In rare cases, due to system congestion, manual checks, or special products, this timeframe may take up to 24 hours. To be more precise, our delivery window is 0–1 day.

Thanks to our automated delivery system, most orders are processed instantly.
3. Delivery Method

Digital products are sent to the email address provided at the time of order.

In addition, some products can also be viewed under the “My Orders” or “My Licenses” tab in your user dashboard.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery

If the product delivered does not match the one the customer ordered, or if the license code does not work, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

If, following the review, your claim is deemed valid, your product will be reshipped free of charge or the return process will be initiated.
6. Liability

Delivery is made to the email address provided by the recipient at the time of order. LisansGo is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrectly entered email addresses.

Sharing the license key with third parties after product delivery is prohibited. If such instances are detected, the product may be deactivated and legal action may be taken.
