Identity of the Data Controller
This Information Notice is prepared in accordance with Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”), and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to Be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Provide Information. Through this “Information Notice,” which we have prepared in our capacity as the data controller, we would like to inform you about the purposes for which your personal data will be processed, to whom and for what purposes your processed personal data may be transferred, the method and legal basis for the collection of your personal data, and your other rights as listed in Article 11 of the KVKK.
As the Data Controller, we process, record, transfer, share, and store your personal data as explained below and within the limits set forth by applicable laws and regulations.
Our company reserves the right to update this Privacy Notice at any time in light of changes to applicable laws and regulations.

Purpose of the Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy: Our company, which operates in the areas detailed in the Articles of Association of
, collects and processes your personal data—whether verbal, written, or electronic—in accordance with the regulations of the relevant authorities and the contracts we have entered into. Your personal data will be used to provide services related to our company’s areas of operation and to improve the quality of these services, to carry out our company’s sales, marketing, and other activities, and to comply with data retention, reporting, and disclosure obligations.
Your personal data will not be used for any purposes other than those specified above without your explicit consent, and will not be shared with or transferred to third parties, except as required by law or to government agencies or institutions.
Our company processes your personal data solely: based on the explicit consent of our customers or in other cases provided for in Article 5(f)(2) of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK)—including, but not limited to, the legislation to which we are subject—for the purpose of providing our customers with value-added services, opportunities, and benefits, and improving service quality, with our affiliates, directly or indirectly controlled companies, and joint ventures, both domestically and abroad; with public institutions or organizations authorized to request such data pursuant to a legal obligation; and, provided that adequate safeguards are in place, with institutions, suppliers, authorized dealers/distributors, and business partners, both domestically and abroad, with whom we have contractual relationships in the course of our business operations.

Lisansgo collects personal data directly from customers via electronic/digital channels such as the company’s website, mobile applications, social media accounts, and email addresses; from the services used by customers to ensure their proper use and to make necessary improvements to the services in accordance with customer needs; and from potential customers themselves; Through our solution partners and other business partners who facilitate the use of our company’s services by our customers; and through data obtained orally, electronically, or in writing via fax, notifications from administrative and judicial authorities, and other communication channels—we collect such data in accordance with the following legal grounds specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law:
Where necessary, your explicit consent (e.g., contacting you for the purposes of marketing, promotion, changes, and maintenance services related to products and/or services)
Where the process by which we process your personal data is explicitly provided for by law (e.g., processing information included in product and/or service invoices, etc.)
The necessity of processing your personal data, provided that it is directly related to our establishment of a contractual relationship with you or our performance obligations arising from such a contract
Situations where processing is mandatory to fulfill our legal obligations
Your sharing of your personal data (e.g., contacting our company regarding your requests and complaints, etc.)
The necessity of processing your data, provided that it does not infringe upon your fundamental rights and freedoms (e.g., retaining your data for the duration of the statute of limitations in the event of a potential legal dispute)
Processing of Special Category Personal Data
According to the Personal Data Protection Law, data regarding a person’s race, ethnic origin, political views, philosophical beliefs, religion, denomination, or other beliefs; attire; membership in associations, foundations, or unions; health; sex life; criminal convictions; and security measures, as well as biometric and genetic data, are considered special category personal data. Our company takes adequate measures, as determined by the Personal Data Protection Board, when processing special category personal data. In order to provide better service, our company will process individuals’ special category personal data only with the consent of the data subject and solely for the purpose for which it was collected.
To Whom and For What Purpose Personal Data May Be Transferred
Your personal data collected by Lisansgo may be transferred—solely for the purpose of fulfilling the objectives specified in Article II of the Privacy Notice and limited to the fulfillment of these objectives—to our Business/Solution Partners, Company officials, our suppliers, public and private institutions authorized by law, and private individuals or organizations and third parties, in accordance with the personal data processing conditions set forth in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law and limited to the purposes specified above; and may be processed either within Turkey or abroad.
Rights of Data Subjects Under Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law
In this context, data subjects:
The right to learn whether personal data has been processed,
The right to request information regarding the processing of personal data,
The right to learn the purpose of the processing of personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with that purpose,
The right to know the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred, both domestically and abroad,
To request the correction of personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
To request the erasure or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions set forth in Article 7 of the Personal Data Protection Law,
To request that the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred be notified of the actions taken in accordance with subparagraphs (d) and (e) of Article 7 of the Personal Data Protection Law,
The right to object to a decision made solely through the automated processing of personal data that adversely affects the individual,
The right to request compensation for damages suffered as a result of the unlawful processing of personal data.
Periods During Which Your Personal Data Will Be Processed
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law, your personal data processed for the purposes specified in this Information Notice on the Processing of Personal Datawill be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized by us and used in that form when the purpose requiring their processing under Article 7/f.1 of the Data Protection Law no longer exists and/or when the statutory retention periods under which we are required to process your data have expired.
Circumstances Under Which Our Company May Process Your Personal Data Without Your Express Consent in Accordance with the Law
Pursuant to Article 5 of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), our Company may process your personal data—as specified above and collected in accordance with the law—without your express consent in the following cases:
Cases expressly provided for by law;
- Where, due to practical impossibility, you are unable to express your consent as the data subject, or where your consent is not legally valid, and the processing of your personal data is necessary to protect your own life or physical integrity or that of another person,
- Our company and its affiliated companies/entities, provided that the processing of personal data belonging to the parties to a contract you have entered into with other natural and/or legal persons specified in Article III of the Privacy Notice is directly related to the conclusion or performance of such contract,
- It is necessary for our company to fulfill a legal obligation,
- The fact that you have made your personal data public,
- Where data processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of a legal claim,
- Provided that it does not infringe upon your fundamental rights and freedoms, the processing of data is necessary for the legitimate interests of our Company. To Submit a Request Under the Personal Data Protection Law:
Pursuant to Article 13, Paragraph 1 of the Personal Data Protection Law, you may submit your request regarding the exercise of the rights listed above to our Company in writing or through the method(s) determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
Applications to be submitted in writing must be made by completing the “Application Form for Data Subjects”

For matters related to your personal data, only the email address info@lisansgo.com must be used; requests and notifications received through channels other than this address will not be considered.
Rights regarding personal data may only be exercised with respect to an individual’s own data. Requests concerning the data of individuals other than the person who completed the form and attached official documents verifying their identity will not be considered. Forms without attached official documents verifying your identity will not be considered.
If you submit your requests to us using the specified methods, the Company will process your request free of charge as soon as possible and no later than thirty days, depending on the nature of your request. However, if the process incurs additional costs, the Company will charge the fee set by the Personal Data Protection Board.
